We do not host or upload any media files on our servers. PPCine acts as a media aggregator and provides content sourced from publicly available third-party platforms or open-source libraries.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or are authorized to act on behalf of one), and you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send us a written notice that includes the following:

3. Action Upon Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA complaint, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. We may also notify the original content provider regarding the takedown.
4. Counter Notification
If you believe the content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification explaining your position. We may restore the content after evaluating both claims as permitted under the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to permanently ban users or sources that are repeatedly found to violate copyright protections.
